    • The American Immigration Lawyers Association is the national association of immigration lawyers established to promote justice, advocate for fair and reasonable immigration law and policy, advance the quality of immigration and nationality law and practice, and enhance the professional development of its members.

  • Center for Latino Progress

    • CPRF’s mission is to advance the socio-economic conditions of the community at large, with emphasis on Hispanics, through education, training, supportive services, leadership development, and advocacy. We offer culturally competent services and programs that foster individual and community growth, and create economic opportunities for all. 


    • JUNTA empowers the Latino and low-income community to take control of their economic and social well being, while civically engaging in the community. 

  • Neighbors Link Stamford (NLS)

    • Neighbors Link Stamford’s purpose is to strengthen the whole community by actively enhancing the healthy integration of immigrants. NLS’ goals span 3 areas relative to immigrant integration: Education (English language, computer and other classes), Empowerment connect individuals and families with schools, health, legal, law enforcement and other vital services), and Employment develop job skills and a worker center to match day workers with available jobs). 

  • Brazilian Immigrant Center

    • The Brazilian Immigrant Center has reestablished itself as a reputable, engaged organization that represents, supports, and organizes the Brazilian and wider immigrant community to defend and advocate for their rights, as workers and immigrant residents of the state and nation. 

  • ​International Institute of Connecticut

    • The International Institute of Connecticut (IICONN), is a statewide nonprofit human services agency that addresses the need to provide new immigrants and refugees in Connecticut with services to help them become self-sufficient, integrated and contributing members of the community.
